We copy and paste the details YOU provide and so it is your responsibility to be sure you have added your address details completely and correctly, for a successful delivery. Please fill out your details, in FULL using the correct line format. 

Chinese characters unfortunately are not recognised by our courier providers  interface, so please provide details in English, otherwise we can not process your order.

We usually dispatch your order within 3 working days maximum and often, much sooner.
